Founded in 2020 by lifelong Harrington resident Ethan Simpson, ESC delivers innovative, customer-first contracting solutions across Kent & Sussex Counties (and Maryland, too). Ethan cut his teeth at Southern States Milford (2011–16) and the City of Harrington (2016–20). Today, he leads a hands-on team committed to quality, safety, and community.
